I rented a car from Hertz Italiana S.P.A. Roma at the Milan Airport for nine day in September 2019. I have had the same experience as many others with in unauthorized charge in the amount of 30.50 Euros. Everything was A+ with the rental return at the airport with no extra charges. I would like an explanation of what the charge is for. The is a poor business practice boarding on a scam. Please refund my charge!
