Unauthorized credit card charge

I rented a Hertz car in Munich in Sept 2022, and my Feb 23 credit card statement has two changes for 30.50 Euros, one dated 1-20-23 and the other dated 2-10-23. The charge says "Hertz Italiano Spa Roma IT". No explanation, no information as to what these charges are for. I won't be renting from Hertz again.
