Hello

I have an unknown credit card charge from Hertz Italiana SPA for €27 today 10 Oct 2023.

I have tried to contact Hertz Italiana SPA but cannot speak to anyone.

What is this charge for?

I did rent a car in July with Dollar Car rentals (Rental.com) from Chiavari with drop off Firenze
Booking number: 732882049

Can someone explain this charge
