Charging money to my credit card

Dear sir,
I rented a car from Hertz Milan Malpensa airport from 2 - 23 Aug. 2019, and I paid the rental fare in full using my Master Credit Card at check out on 23 Aug. 2019, but the hertz company keeps charging me 31 euro for three times until now without any explanation for these charges.
I need to know what are the charges for?
