Unauthorised credit card charge

I rented a car from Firefly in Pisa last year 13/08/2016 to 27/08/2016. On 18/10/2017 a credit card payment was taken by Hertz Italiana SPA Roma for €30.50. On return of the car Firefly emailed with a final invoice - there were no outstanding charges. Looking at the number of complaints this scam has been going on for a long time and I will ensure that the correct authorities are informed of this matter. Ian Armitage
