I have received and unauthorised charge of 31 EUROS in my credit card from HERTZ ITALIANA SPA ROMA.

I made a booking with the below number and references on the site of hertz on the 4/4/2018

Booking Reference:
H58041126E6 under the name IOANNIS BARDIS

Pick Up time
Fri, 06 Apr, 2018 at 11:00
Return time
Mon, 09 Apr, 2018 at 16:00

The payment was paid In full and the car was returned as instructed on the 9/4/2018 and signed off with no problems per agreement. I received an unauthorised charge on my credit card that was used for the booking 4+ months after the booking without my knowledge and without any explanation.

This is unacceptable.
