Charges Without Notification!!!!

Same complaints of most people wrote here. I rented a car from Hertz February 2020 at the Campino Airport. I returned the car with a full tank (diesel), without any damage but 4 days ago 17th of June 2020, I got a charge of 30.50 € from Hertz Italina SPA with no explanation on my AMEX card , nearly 4 months after I returned a car.
HERTZ, Please email me with specific details.
Why did HERTZ charge me extras 4 months after,
without any notifications.

Could it be that “Hertz” has a “ Crook” within their
staff members? I will reach in a complaint at the
“European Consumer Agency” the coming Monday
and contact the “Italian Commercial Chamber” for that
matter!!!
