I just received the invoice and the charge on my credit card for the amount of 1,303.07 Euros, for the vehicle rental contract No. 340939852 that I made on 10/19/2019 in the city of Palermo (Italy).
The value charged is greater than what was given to me when I picked up the vehicle.
In this moment I was told that the total value would be 974 Euros including insurance and fuel filling. The vehicle was delivered full of fuel.
I need to clarify why the charge made to my credit card was for a higher amount

experienced flat tire. no spare in car. charged $875 for tire.

this was after having to drive with a wrecking truck 1 1/2 hours to switch cars since they don't service flats.

the case was adjudicated by the banks to be false and reversed the charge to my credit card, but now hertz- rome -firefly is dunning and threatening me.

it seems hertz italiana rome has lots of bad postings.
