I have had two deductions of 50.36 AUD on my credit card. I believe these are fraudulent. As I was very careful parking and driving. Also hertz have not sent any bills or information about these debits they have made three-month after my 6 day car rental in Italy finished. RentAl cars.com who I organized it through investigated and were told it was an administration charge for supplying the drivers name and address and that I would receive the bill from the authorities within 12 months. Dodgy and vague! I blocked my card now as don't want more charges . The credit card company fraud team are investigating and trying to get the money refunded.
