Received a Fiat which I used for one day, the vehicle then died , called Herts road service at 11pm and being left on hold for over 30 min no one answers , in the meantime as it was getting late in a dark parking lot my don called his AAA membership , they came within 10 minutes !! Charging the battery we were told the battery core was no good ! Old battery newer car!! It will happen again ! I was still on hold with Hertz. Finally being told they would come with a tow truck in 4-6 Hours!!!' I then drove the car , until it died again in the parking lot where we had to push it into a space !!by now it is after midnight ! I repeatedly called asking for a new car!! The tow truck never came until noon the next day!! We had morning plans we could not meet!! I should be compensated for this day and time / aggravation !! I used Priceline to rent this vehicle,! Hertz service was terrible!'
