Rented a car in Munich with Italian plates in Sept 2022. My February credit card bill has two charges of 30.50 Euros, one on 1-20-23 and the other on 2-10-23. Both have no information other than "Hertz Italiano Spa Roma IT" This looks like a corporate scam, as many other people have made identical complaints. The car was full of gas on return and there were no scratches.

I won't be renting from Hertz ever again.
