The charges being made against a hire vehicle made through Ryanair. Additional cost of £176 as been taken from my credit card. The guy from hertz said if I didn't pay this then £1500 Will be held against my card for any damages that might occur. He also said that the £176 Will be refunded back into my account which it hasn't.

Hire the vehicle through Ryanaire at a cost of £80 My statement then showed £99. Got to the desk to be charged a further £187.00 for insurance which I had already got, but the guy said if I didn't pay this amount I would be charged against my credo card of £1500. Told me the amount of £187 would be refunded, which it hasn't.
