I think I'm being scammed?

I was looking over my loans and grant money and none of this is making any sense I have never received any excess loan money or grant money they have enrolled twice and now I owe them money I've had been locked out of my courses already because I didn't pay my learners fee which is suppose to in all the money they are ranking in on me! I need help what can I do?
