Never received replacement or money back

Amy Marty L. Champion of HGK Kennels sold me a dog, it didn't turn out for show. She agreed to refund my $1500.00 after I returned the dog to her. I returned the dog, and she refuses to pay me. I have given her years to pay me, and all I get are excuses and lies. She is a liar and a thief...BEWARE
