I bought a GE washer and dryer on 06/22/14 total amount $1733.05 including tax and $79 delivery fee. i was told i would receive the $79 delivery fee back and would also receive $100 rebate for the washer and dryer. I received the $79 gift card but not the $100 gift card. I contacted the rebate department and was told they never received the $100 rebate request. the lady at the rebate center transferred me to the store where I bought the washer and dryer. I spoke to the manager who said he would check into it and call me back. He never called back but I received an e-mail from the rebate department on 08/08/14. The e-mail thanked me for submitting my $100 rebate for my H H Gregg purchase. it stated that the request had been validated and gave me the tracking number which was the one for the $79 rebated request. They stated to please allow 10-14 days to receive my rebate. As of this date I have not received the rebate. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and was told he would have to call me back. I never received a return call. I have done a lot of business with H H Gregg and expect to be treated better. If I do not receive my rebate soon I am going to contact the better business bureau.
