I am filing a complaint that against a seller on Amazon whose name is Rhino direct. His name on his driver license is James Simao. Rhino Direct is currently operating Hi-drate H2o company that is selling infuser water bottle in sport category on Amazon.
Rhino Direct (James Simao) violated Amazon’s rule by stealing the customers from Amazon and try to meet them outside of Amazon to do business on the side to avoid to pay Amazon commission! Rhino Direct ( James Simao) has used Amazon for fraudulent purposes!
Rhino Direct (James Simao) scammed me for $15,000 by falsely delivery me 1000 infuser water bottle that I bought from him on Amazon and falsely show me how to build a success Amazon business with $50,000 profits per month as he promised me.

I have called Amazon’s customer service 6 times to ask for the result but nobody knew what has been going on with my case? Everytime that I talked to Amazon’s customer service, I had to spend 45 minutes to explain from the beginning what was going on with my case? Unfortunately, I has had a very hard time to communicate with Amazon’s customer service because 50% of your employee can’t speak English well! I am very disappointed about Amazon’s customer service. Hope you know that Amazon has a horrible customer service!

On March, 2nd, 2015, Rhino Direct (James Simao) called my cell phone and requested to meet me outside of Amazon for a good business opportunity. Rhino Direct (James Simao) told me that he found my cell number from my Amazon account! I was very surprised but I still decided to meet with him. Rhino Direct (James Simao) offered me half price of infuser water bottle that he is selling on Amazon if I bought 1000 infuser water bottles from him outside of Amazon business and paid for the goods by cash. This means that Rhino direct ( James Simao) would sell me his infuser water bottle for $9.99/ bottle and he would show me how to put these water bottles on Amazon to sell for $21.99/bottle. (known that Rhino Direct is selling his infuser water bottle on Amazon for $20.99/bottle). Wow, this deal seemed too good to be true! So I agreed to meet with Rhino Direct (James Simao) outside of Amazon. In addition, Rhino direct ( James Simao) also charged me $5000 extra for training me how to use multiple-media websites to promote my products and making $50,000 profits per month on Amazon.

On March, 10th, 2015, I met Rhino Direct (James Simao) in San Diego, California and gave him $5,000 in advanced for the information on how to run a success Amazon business and learn how to earn $50,000 profits per month on Amazon business and $10,000 for the cost of 1000 infuser water bottle. It has been a month since I gave Rhino Direct (James Simao) $10,000 to buy the goods , I haven’t received any products from him yet. Lately, I found out that Rhino Direct (James Simao) used the money that he stole from me to buy more infuser water bottle for his own business on Amazon. That is sad that Rhino Direct (James Simao) was making lot of money by either stealing from his customers or rip-off his customers. I tried to contact Rhino Direct (James Simao) so many times to ask for my money back but he never returned my phone call. I felt very disappointed about his service!

I found out from Facebook that James Simao stolen lot of money from U.S citizens and stashes his cash to Mexico. Then, he uses his investors’ money to build his company in Mexico that is located beside Caliente Casino in Tijuana, Mexico. Rhino Direct (James Simao) lied to me about himself as a wealthy business man who is looking for investors. Unfortunately, I found out that Rhino Direct (James Simao) has stolen money from investor to keep off the grid! Rhino Direct (James Simao) is creating a very bad image about Amazon business by using Amazon for fraudulent purposes! I think that Rhino Direct (James Simao) should be kicked out of Amazon business.

P.S: James Simao bought the junk water bottle from China for $4 and sell on amazon for $21/bottle. This junk plastic bottle from china has the leaking cap and bottle is break after 2 months. This bottle is worth for $21!
