UIF CLAIM

I submitted my papers last year december 07.2016 up until now i havent receive my money i have been to the office told me my claim was not updated. I just gave birth i cnt go up and down. How long does it take for ppl claims to be updated. Am very disappointed the way things are done at department of Labour. Pls assist
