HII so called insurance. I registered with them on May 1st. They said I will have benefits and all the doctors name I gave they told me are part of the network. When I called to cancel the insurance after realizing this is not real insurance company the agent refused to cancel my insurance. 3 times I asked to cancel my insurance and he said no. I had to hang up and call another agent and I told him I have insurance already. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back hesitant to cancel, but finally he cancelled my policy emailing me the date of 6/28/2017 instead of 5/28/2017. I called back to tell another agent about the date, he told me don't worry it is just a date in there. I knew they did this on purpose so they will charge and not refund me the 1 month refund policy. I had to go to my bank and my bank is taking care of this fraudulent company. Please do something about this. I feel bad for people that have paid big portion of money and have been defrauded by this fraudulent company.
