Dodn't receive project after Registration charge

Hi team,

Transaction ID: P1910012100211278888705
Payment Mode: Phone pay

I have already paid security deposit (registration report) payment on 1st October 580 rs but I didn’t receive any work email. As per company policy they should provide work within 24 hours after completion of payment. Today is the 3rd of October and I still didn’t receive any work. It's been 48 hours.

Can you please help me to resolve this ASAP and let me know any update on this. Also provide me details about workflow.
