I had charges completed dismissed that were once filed against me. These charges were completely removed from my record as completed dismissed by the judge yet Hireright continues to put these charges on my background report.

In this case two elderly woman were assaulted and robbed by three illegal immigrants in the US. I stopped the robbery and assault on these woman and protected them. Unfortunately since the event occurred in a sanctuary county the individuals claimed I was biased in stopping them from attacking the innocent elderly woman. This allowed the three illegal immigrants with no documentation identifying them to walk away from being arrested. When the video of the instance was shown in court clearly showing the individuals attacking the woman and me saving and helping these woman the charges were completely dismissed yet Hireright keeps this Bias charge on my record. I now can not get a job even though this has never appeared on my record in the past even though it happened 6 years ago. Very nice treatment of a US marine Veteran.
