HireRight will ruin you. No joke. The hiring company is hands off and uses them to filter out people wrongly. Trying to realize this company is just out to push numbers, not real background checks. And their drug screening numbers and guidelines are way off.
Ask them about the "weed" guidelines." and what could be a false positive but is NOT forwarded to the employer/recruiter.

HireRigtht got my Drug screen results wrong. My career was crushed. There was no other way to reverse their discussion. One and done. Very impersonal, so upset. How Do I recover from this? I fought for my job with the company but they only used HireIrhgts results/ Operators in the Philippines, MRO's in the USA, I think but they do not take any possible mistakes into account. WHY? My career is over now do to them.

this company is reporting false information about me failing a drug test pre employment i applied for a job with this company and they said that they could not verify my employment and that they could not hire me so i talked to a owner operator for this company who said he would give me a job driving one of his trucks doing something else he gave me a blank check and told me to go to russleville alabama for a physical and drug screen i took the check and did what he ask a&g didnt send me anywhere because the safety manager told me she did not want working for the company and she would not go any further with my application im sure the dr. that did the drug screen have a copy of the person who paid for the physical A&G trucking is deliberately reporting false information and im going to take this matter as descrimination thank you

What you all need to do is file a complaint with the FTC at this address https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?lang=en. When they get enough complaints, they investigate the company and its practices. You also need to send a written letter to HireRight disputing their background check and demanding that every time they release information on you that they release your dispute as well. By Federal law, they must do it.
