Faulty device

I purchased a hisense cell phone in December of 2017,but returned it because it was faulty. 2 days later a sales lady from fonechoice called me informing me that she pick up that I have returned my device, she asked me if I wanted another phone or the same one. I understood that it was a replacement device and asked if she can make it another one. To my surprise, she sold me another contract. After receiving the 2nd phone I got a call from a delivery guy while I was on leave in December of 2017. Understanding that I already received my device I telephonically informed him that I have already received my device and asked him to return it. In February of 2018 I noticed that they debited me for both phones. At the same time I also requested them to pick up the 2nd device as it started giving problems. After phoning back and forth they decided to cancel the 2nd phone and returned the original one, which was delivered in February of 2018. But the original one came back still faulty and I returned it the following day. The device was returned to me only in April of 2018 after I refused to make a payment " but it still came back with the same problem " I then had to return the device and this time after calling time and again I only received the device the 9th ofJuly (today) 2018.but with exactly the same problem. So today 9 July 2018 I had to call fonechoice again to come fetch the faulty device. So sad I have already paid 5 instalments and never had the pleasure of using the device. It is so unfair cause my instalment is high and I'm paying for something I do not have. Even if I will eventually get it sorted, what happens to all the times I paid high instalments for something I do not have.
