Really disappointing with the way that your servcies are .No reply no revert , one of the worst experience ever had with LG products and services.

LG PRODUCTS DISASTER

ur old fridge broke down and given our good past experience with lg we decided to buy a lg fridge again.
However this time the experience has been dreadful.
We bought our new fridge on Friday I.e. 08-06-2018 from Kohinoor borivali West Branch. The fridge was delivered on next day i.e Saturday, 09-06-2018. As instructed we started fridge after 2hours of delivery and filled our eatables 24 hrs after of keeping it on.
But to our dismay the fridge won't cool enough and there was condensation under each shelf. We called up lg for demo help to ensure that we are not going the product in a wrong manner. The technician visited on Tuesday i.e. 12-06-2018 and gave us a demo and told us that the fridge was working properly. We placed our disappointment that the fridge is not cooling enough. For example, even after keeping milk inside the fridge for while day, it was a little more cold than the room temperature.
We we're following up continuously with our dealer i.e. Kohinoor as we were not happy with our fridge performance and things started to spoil. The next visit by company representative was made on Friday i.e. 15-06-2018, he said the same things like we're said during previous visit. However he accepted the fact that if the cooling stops in freezer due to power saving mode, the same should not stop in refrigerator.
Again we were not provided any concrete solution and we we're so feed up the fridge performance that we demanded an exchange.
Then a senior technician visited without being updated on the matter and any of his instruments that may be required to do a normal check. We again had to explain the matter to him and like previous visitiors said the same thing that fridge is working fine.
Now I request you to take a moment and realize that this is not our frist fridge and we can surely compare of the new fridge with our previous ones. I mean we are comparing your old product with the new one and sharing our problems with you. But the representative are not paying heed to it and just sticking to the same thing without even caring what hardship they are causing to the customer.
Your representative have no manners to talk the customer, they shouted on phone .
I came to you because of good past experience but am being just shooed away like the company does not care.
No consumer enjoys going through this kind of hardship with their new product. We are continuously following up but are not being provided with a realistic solution. All your executives do is blame us for not using the product correctly.
This has been a pathetic experience with LG washing away all the good experiences of the past with the company
I don't understand y should I suffer even after buying a new product. How m i being unreasonable asking for a replacement when I see the poor performance of the product. Whatever checking and repairing has to be done the company can do in their premises, i didn't buy a brand new product to go through this trouble. If I could compromise on the quality i would have bought a second hand fridge.
I hope the company will address this issue.
