HM constructions are cheating almost all openly but still find buyers as sourcing out thru agents who are paid huge commissions apart from their executives to lie for huge incentives.
Strangely all the complaints are only in www.consumercomplaints.in apart from some blogs, where hundreds upon hundreds cheated are wrenching their heart out, some links are below, or just go to above site and input "HM Constructions" for a list. Some fake good comments have been generated by the cheats, living a royal lifestyle at others cost.

These people Hanif & Mehboob from Kerala with relatives and investors in Pakistan, have huge backup properties in benami names in Kerala, Dubai and Pakistan, in the rare event the law finds their true investors involved in illegal businesses and the money laundering these people do for the criminals while police, ED etc just enjoy the mamools and parties in this extremely corrupt country of ours.
They have corrupt lawyers who shield criminals for huge amounts and threaten complainants, yet we only point fingers at Govt. officials.

The complaints reveal: HM Constructions are known to cancel bookings after 6mths to a year and return money once property prices rise dramatically, delay construction blaming civic authorities, most structures violate the law and people could face problems from officials some years later having to pay huge bribes and harassment, the delay by years together having to pay interest and emi's and then receive a property not expected which they have to take etc etc.

Most people write online, crying away but do little. Create a forum, join together and appoint some professionals to take care. file criminal case after case for every cheat and fraud, misleading HM do. Bring pressure.

We deny the baseless, derogatory and abusive false charges that have been made to the organization and its key persons with the intention to malign and bring disgrace to the organization and its key persons. There is no substantiation to such defamatory remarks and it seems more out of some personal vengence with some vested interests. We have been making efforts to trace the contacts of the person who posted this and it was found that the name is fictitious and the contacts are untraceable. It is thereby understood that all the remarks are false and utterly baseless. Hence we have filed a criminal complaint in the cyber crime to trace this person who has posted this false allegation and is also preparing to file a defamation/damage suit to protect the interests of the organization and its key persons.
