Shawnie was one of the rudest employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As if it wasn't bad enough that I was charged a huge percentage of my tax return for 15 minutes of their time, her disrespectful attitude made it far worse. Had it not been the last day to file taxes, I certainly would have taken my business elsewhere. I definetly won't be using hnr block for my taxes again.
