Update: I am continuing to be harassed by noise by the upstairs tenants. They have no respect for people. This woman appears to be a shut-in. I go out, come back, and it starts all over again. I went to my Management, bought documents like they asked for, called 311, even called 911, won't do that anymore, I don't feel like my life is threatened. These people are doing this deliberately. It started this morning at 4:00am. She is supposed to be in her apt by herself. Someone is helping her that don't belong in the apt. Loud snapping noises in my bedroom, loud banging on my living room risers with an object. She won't use her hand because the risers are hot. This woman knows Housing thought something was wrong with her risers, they even sent the heat guy up to the apt to repair it. Trust me, there is nothing wrong with it. This woman only does this when the heat comes up, never in the Summer, that's how smart she think she is. Housing is fooled by her, I know better, been going through this for 6 years. I am quiet in my apt, she don't know if I am home or not, but that doesn't matter, she will continue to do it. The gloves are off, I am not going to sit back and let these people take over my apt. I am going to fight back. I will give them a dose of their own medicine, as long as I don't disturb my other neighbors. Oh, & I will not try to talk to her, did that and she told the Police I pushed her, and filed a false police report. I was almost put out of my apt based on her lie. I would never put my hands on anyone. Jail is not for me. Our previous Manager. Mr. Diaz took them to court some years back, it should be in the records, this woman was on probation for over a year. That stopped the loud snapping noises in my bedroom, and the loud banging on the risers in my living room with an object. I know it is 2 people because it is done at the same time. I am not doing anything to this woman. She needs to be dealt with. I have a right to live in my apt in peace and quiet within reason. Playing music, or your TV is normal noise, not this type of noise. This is to annoy me. I can't make this up! I live in the same building. I am writing about my noisy upstairs neighbor. She is banging on the risers with an object in my living room. It is annoying. Someone is helping her. This is everyday, has been going on for over 6 years. I bought documents into my management, was told to call 911 by my Housing Assistant. I am not going to do that. My life is not threatened. These are smartasses, it is to annoy me. In my bedroom they are using some kind of gadget to make loud snapping noises. This throughout the day. I go out, come back, they continue. I cannot get any sleep. They will start in the mornings at 7:00am, continue at 1:30am in the morning, then 3:30am in the morning. Nothing is being done about this. My former manager Mr. Diaz took them to Court over this some years back. This same woman was on probation for a year. Mr. Diaz is no longer our manager. I could not show up to Court because I was sick at that time. These disrespectful tenants never do this in the Summer Months. They start as soon as the heat comes up, I cannot make this up. Are they stupid enough to think I believe they are the Super. I used to hear banging many years ago, I don't hear that anymore, haven't heard it in a long time. The noise would come from the radiators, not the risers. I have a right to live in my apartment in peace & quiet within reason. Normal people play Music or their TV, not bang on the risers with an object. I used to think this woman was crazy, but she's not, this is to annoy me. If you can stop all Summer, you can stop in the Winter Months also. The manager needs to enforce this rule. She is continuing to get away with this. My Housing Assistant is doing nothing also, she told me, let me know if she does it again. It is everyday! Please do something about these non-human people. I live in 1780 1st Ave Apt 13F. I cannot talk to this woman, tried that, she lied to the Police that I pushed her, I know better than to do that. They came to my door, told me is she would have had bruises, I could have been arrested. She filed a false Police Report.
