I ordered some items and payed for them on their website and now im being chargered for the same items from a company called Future pay..I wasnt aware of it until I recieved a letter saying that I am behind $150 from this company..As far as I am concerned i payed Holsted Jewelers in full so I dont owe this so called future pay company any money

I did every thing I waa told to do. Sent my name and address im a atamped envelope to thw address directed. Got a reply stating I had to send my name and address in a ayamped envelope to a diffrent part of the company. So Ive dome that. Its been almost 3 months and I still have not recieved my gift card, or the rest of my ariginal order. I will not recemend this company to any one and I will never order from them again

I got an offer in the mail get 2 free rings for only $6.99 shipping from Holsted Jewlers. Got the rings filled out the card that I don't want any further shipments from that line to cancel the jewlery line shipments that would get sent if you don't cancel. Well Holsted charged my account up to $300.00 some dollars in no time sent me multiple shipments all I refused return to sender did not order cancel. called Fingerhut and Holsted multiple times for charges on my credt card that shouldn't be there in 4 months stilll getting a bill so frustrated now threatening to sue both Fingerhut and Holsted. Holsted blames Fingerhut and Fingerhut blames Holsted. I was overcharged $50.93 due to the fact Holsted charges $56.98 but refunds only $49.00 for the multiple shipments I never ordered that they wrongfully charged my account for. Had to speak to 8 people today at both places. Was told they could only refund $34.00 of the $50.93. Bullshit. Stay away from Holsted they are shady criminal minded lowest of the low will charge about $57.00-$70.00 to your account every 2 weeks even if you never ordered or received anything from them even after you cancelled further shipments before they started they will steal money out of your account try to justify it and it will take 4 months to get a partial refund of overcharges. UNFAIR. Buyer Beware stay away from Holsted Jewlers.

I received a ring in the mail last month so I returned it and call them to cancel and send the card asking them not to send me nomore orders they received the ring and still change it to my fingerhut account now how do I received a refund of the changes to my account

I'm sorry, I see everyone saying they have been scammed and money is being taken out of their accounts, but everyone knows you don't get something for nothing, especially jewelery worth over $60.00. If anyone would have bothered to actually read the agreement, you would have known that they would be sending you jewelry to try out every month and if you didn't like it, they would send you something different and its a charge of $60.00 a month. I have been with Holsted for years and I have never been scammed or had any problems. They're jewelry is beautiful and its real. I can wear it in the shower, doing dishes, cleaning, and it never turns or fades.

Holsted jewlers is a scam they stole money out of my account. The ring i payed for i never recieved. They took the money for that ring. And was still taking money i called the BBB and reported them to the police dont order from this company they are nothing but scam artist and thieves.

I apparently ordered a couple off "free rings" back around the 1st of Dec 2015 with shipping of $1.00 ok so I receive the rings that were to be gifts for my daughters. 1) too small 2)looked like something I get out of a ring machine for my grand daughter. Today I'm was checking my checking account balance and found that $66.98 was taken from my account by Holsted Jewelers. I called my bank to find out who authorized this and they had no idea but there was an "800" number next to the charge. I called the number talk with some lady from another country who told me that the earrings were shipped out already and the only way to cancel further orders was to do so now over phone which I BLUNTLY did plus asked to put the money back into my account I was told that the only way that this could be done is by refusing the said merchandise AND it will take 60 days to return money to my account. I will be letting the BBB know of this practice and if they don't do something about I might just bring about a lawsuit against this company. This is a fraudulant practice.

free jewelry was offered for price of shipping.and I have n3ver received it,now they have stared to charge my visa card 59.98 a month with out informing me that they would do so.I will contact Better business bur if this money is not returned by Mon Jan 4 2016 along with contacting,my congressman,state representative,fed senator,and justice dept.This is a trick and scam and I will put Holster Jewelry out of business,no threat , promise

This Company is one you don't do business with/ My wife ordered a ring and necklace from a offer that came in the mail. The add was offering a free ring & necklace. All we had to do s just had to pay a small shipping cost 2.99. We were charged 7.99 for the shipping. They came in the same envelope.And we were over charged for this.Then about two weeks later they got into our account and took out 69.99 from a checking account, They were not authorized to do this. I called them, they informed us that the ear rings was on the way that matched the ring and necklace that we bought two weeks ago and that's why we were charged for them. And if we didn't want them we could just refuse then, return to sender and they would credit our account They said it would take 60 days for us to get our money back after they get them back.And why does it take 60 days for the money to be put back in the account when it takes just a few minutes to steal money from a checking account. And they will not take care of the overdraft on this. The first thing they over charge for shipping, and the second thing they are dishonest. Sure not trustworthy. Don't do business with them. They will steal your money and run.

I , too was a victim of their scam ! I got 2 "FREE "" rings that I made $1.95 shipping for. I got my rings on the 19th of october and was charged $66.98I 0n the 30th ! Thats not even 2 weeks ! I called them on the 31st to cancel and I got a lot of bs about receiving a matching set of earrings to go with my rings ! I didn;t give them the authorization to dip into my account or to send those earrings before the 5 week waiting period ! I told them In wanted to cancel and she said that they already shipped out the earrings and tried to get me to buy them for half price !I told her I didn't want them at any price ! I just wanted that charge taken off my account ! She said that they don't refund shipping costs ! I said I was charged for something I didn't order so, I should get back all my money! The charge was removed , but it was put back on again on november 6th ! I also got an email stating that my account was canceled. I also got an email the same day stating that my earrings were shipped out ! They told me they were shipped on the 31st ! I had the bank issue me a new card so they wouldn't have access to my account to take out any more money ! Don't do business with this company !

Holsted Jewelers, ordered two rings which they initally took 2.99,1.00,2.99,and 1.00 from my account the 20th of last month. This month I discovered today that a total of $113.96 has been taken from my account without my permission. Is there anything that can be done.

Returned the merchandise because the price was too high for the poor quality of workmanship. Filled up the form to cancel future shipment. I was still charged twice on m credit card but I did not receive any merchandise. Added to my frustration when you call their phone numbers, you will be on hold for more than half an hour. Enough time to test your frustration with this company. Never fall into an offer too good to be true. You ended up in a Scam this company pulled.

I wish I would have checked online before ordering rings. They arrived today, an let me tell you I've seen nicer rings in a Cracker Jack box. I immediately cancelled any further shipments, I just hope my request is honored. Please don't order this jewerly from the place

I received an offer for a free ring from Holsted Jewelers as a 'special offer for Blair customers'. I like to shop at Blair.com for clothing for my elderly parents. As a clothing provider they do a very nice job. A few months ago I got scammed into applying for Blair Rewards. I assumed it to be like a loyalty club where you earn points after spending so many dollars so I agreed to it. I do spend significant dollars at their site. BIG mistake...Blair Rewards had nothing to do with the clothing company and instead provided discounts for restaurants and entertainment venues with my monthly membership fee of around $19.00. I called Blair Clothing to cancel this membership and the response was discourteous and chilly and they said that Blair Rewards had nothing to do with Blair Clothing...despite the fact that it was offered directly from the Blair website. The number listed for Blair Rewards was always unavailable at the times I called...which was various times of the morning, afternoon, and evening. I took it a step further, explaining my displeasure to the Better Business Bureau, and they stepped in for me. I was credited with 3 months of charges that had been applied to my Visa for the Blair Rewards card. Perhaps this jewelry scam should also appeal to the BBB. I discarded my free offer ASAP when I received it in the mail two days ago.

I too have received a flier from Holsted included with an order from Swanson Health products. This pitch was for 2 free rings, paying only shipping. So I decided to check them out on your site, well what I found out scared me the fraud and all. I think it puts Swanson in the hot seat for including this garbage in my health products order, and I will tell them so. I am very sorry for all who were cheated by this co.

My ring arrive yesterday and it IS beautiful ~ except it is too big.
Before ordering, I carefully measured my finger with the size slip that was included with the order form, it was not accurate. Please
