I held off going to the ER at Holy Family because I'm so tired of they way they treat me. I don't want to be there anymore than they want me there which definitely shows. I have an extreme list of health issues which I manage quite well. I went in for severe back neck pain. A Dr. Tyler C. Pedersen, MD talked to me maybe 5 mins if even that. HE WAS RUDE RUDE RUDE! I know I was incoherent at times but dah I'm sick and in pain. He wasn't interested in what I was saying. Flipped me on my side without any consideration to my back issues. I ruined his night by being there. Did an x-ray of my chest and later a MRI of my stomach. What the heck! I said I was nauseated but an MRI. I'm hear for my back, neck, headaches.
Not one test to check any of these. Nurse came in around 10:30pm SAID I COULD GO HOME PULLED THE BLANKETS OFF ME PUT PAPERS ON THE EDGE OF THE BED AND SHUT THE DOOR. I was dizzy, severe neck pain with headache. Felt disoriented. I had to call for someone to come pick me up. Not only that I just laid there so dizzy afraid I was going to slip and fall. Walked out of there so dizzy, back of my neck like it was being crushed, half in and out of sleep yet not one person came to help me or to see if I was okay. Fell asleep on a bench by the doors my friend had a hard time waking me up to get me in the car.
I almost died from Sepis June because for the last six months I kept telling them I was sick but according to my Dr. and Some Er staff It was all in my head. Again I was diagnose also with cellulitis which non urgent care diagnosed in early Feb 2020 yet was brushed off by my Dr saying "that's not cellulitis that's just an allergic reaction to soap or something".
The lab techs were nice by what I remember. There was one nurse who came in to ask me questions concerning Covid. This gal was just out right rude.( I'm sick) I know I was incoherent so why be nasty talk to me like I'm stupid.
THERE IS NO REASON THAT THESE PROFESSIONALS SHOULD BE TREATING TALKING AND ACTING THET WAY THEY DID. AND IF THEY CAN'T AND CAN'S RESPECT A SICK PERSON WHO COMES TO THEM FOR HELP THEN THEY NEED TO GET THE HECK OUT OF THEIR AND REALLY SHOULD BE FIRED. THE LAST TO ER DRS. I'VE HAD AT HOLY FAMILY AND A COUPLE TAFF MEMBERS IF I COULD OF SHOULD OF BEEN ESCORTED OUT THOSE DOORS AND TOLD NOT TO COME BACK UNTIL THEY CAN BE WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OR DON'T COME BACK AT ALL.
I had been given a ketorolac (TORADOL), iopamidol (ISOVUE-370), ondanserton (Zofran), promethazine (PHENERGAN), TYLENOL.
PS WENT TO TAKE MY SHOWER AND I STILL HAVE TO STICKY PADS FROM EKG OR SOMETHING ON MY UPPER CHEST! HOW CAN YOU MISS THAT! I'M BURNING UP WITH FEVER, NECK PAIN ULTIMATE 8 NAUSATED DIZZY.

I BET NOT ONE OF YOU WOULD TREAT A FAMILY MEMBER LIKE THAT.
IF I WANTED TO DIE A SLOW DEATH I COULD DO THAT AT HOME. I DON'T NEED ANY OF YOU TO HELP ME! STOP YOUR MIGHTY HIGH ATTITUDES AND BETTER THAN THOU OR GO HOME!

I took my 4 yr old in to holly family hospital for a rash and some vomiting and diarrhea we had blood work done they said it was lost and they needed to do it again so they did it wasn't contagious they said give. Her tylinal and ibuprofen so we did she was back to normal the next day but we kept her home for one more day her mom called the hospital to get a note to clear her to go back to daycare they said no prob I went to pick it up they said they needed to see her again to make sure but the Dr said only take her back if she gets worse it was the next day they had done tests the day before so they had the info but to no avail there all about money not people swine there as bad as lawyers if u ask me so now I miss another day of work because of there games eastwards

My daughter has been there many times and do nothing for her. Heart rate that goes up to 180 beats, Her Bp will be high and then drop really low. EXTREME PAIN, Passes out and stops breathing. I take her to the hospital and they tell me since we have been there too many times they will do nothing. I have call to talk to the person that is in charge of the ER named, Robin. Of course never ever has she returned my calls. I pay taxes for the hospitals here. My daughter is being treated as a DRUG ADDICTIVE due to her age. BULL SHIT. My daughter does not do drugs. She has no life and these darn hospital DO NOTHING. I WANT SOMETHING DONE. I FEEL LIKE I AM GOING TO LOOSE HER. I WILL SUE MANY DOCTORS AND HOSPITAL IF THAT HAPPENS. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR FOR HER, Never can find one due to NO insurance. She could get insurance if she has a baby. Wow have a baby and come back and we will give you insurance. I NEED HELP. I AM LOOSING MY DAUGHTER AND KNOW ONE CARES TO LISTEN.
Also Yes your right VERY RUDE people in there. Very unclean too. We the people need to get together and make a change so we can have a good hospital. Since when do they stop helping a person if they been in the ER to many times. So people if you get hurt to many times you better hope your not in Spokane.

I was brought in by ambulance my son called after having a seizure and was there almost 2 hours and still had seen no doctor...i was in very much pain due to headache after seizure...they were very rude and uncompassionate....will never, ever, ever go there again but something should be done...

ALSO IT IS A DISCUSTING DIRTY HOSPITAL, MY HUSBAND WAS SEEN LAST NIGHT FOR AN UNSTOPPABLE POSTERIER NOSE BLEED..THEY PACKED HIS NOSE AND SENT US HOME STILL BLEEDING..8 HOURS LATER WE RETURED WITH BLEEDING COMING FROM HIS OTHER NOSTRIL..HIS MOUTH AND EARS..WE WENT TO THE SAME BED AND SAME ROOM..AND THERE WAS DRIED BLOOD FROM HIS VISIT 8 HOURS BEFORE STILL ON THE BED...NO WONDER PEOPLE CATCH DISEASES AT HOSPITALS..ONES LIKE HOLY FAMILY ARE LAZY AND DONT FOLLOW POLICES OR PROCEDURES..NASTY LOW CLASS PLACE... MY HUSBAND HAS NOW BEEN ADMITTED INTO ANOTHER HOSPITAL TO STOP THE BLEEDING..THANK GOD WE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE
