Good day,
I would like to lodge a complaint about being blacklisted for items I never ordered and I returned the complete order. In 2019 late November I received a call from a consultant working for HC and he informed me that I qualify for a free gift for being a good customer and he promised and guaranteed that the goods are totally free and gave me options from which I could choose what I wanted and so I chose. But when the goods where delivered on the 19 December 2019 there was an invoice included for R9600.00 and I was very surprised as the goods where supposed to be free. I tried to get a reference number from Homechoice as was indicated at the back of the enclosed invoice however I was told that I must just return the goods and that I did on the 26.03.2020. I called several times and wrote several emails to homechoice and after some time I received an email from Lisa Erasmus with reference #741328 and continued to do what was advised in the email. Without engaging me now I am receiving calls from lawyers ([email protected]>) who indicates that home choice handed my account over to them what the hell and on top of that my name is now listed on ITC.
Note that I also wrote a follow up emails to homechoice and also to those lawyers but I never received no response from Homechoice and I was only given to another law firm again called nimblegroup.co.za see below details

I want homechoice to rectify this and clear my name from ITC with immediate effect as I owe them nothing.
