The chip reader on the credit machine was giving the customer before me issues, but they got the card to read. I go to pay, and it kept lighting green and showing signs of correct functions. The woman on the register grabbed my card and inserted it for me, proceeded to tell me it has to be green to work. (Which it was the last four or five times.) Then I told her it had the same error and her only response was, "Well I don't know what to tell you." So I left my item there and walked away. I feel her response was a bit rude. No apology, no suggestion or attempt to try and run the card, nothing. Just a response that made me feel as though she did not care for my business.
