I been working for Home Depot for 10 years I cannot get a promotion in company the other day i hhad a car accident going to work i tried to call the store 7 times no won asnwered so when i got to work i punched in got my apron wwnt to mens room came out a made a phone call to my insurance company to report the accident . i seen my manager told him i was sorry for being onn the phone and told him why i was on the phone and he reprimand me and the next day the asst manager called me in the offfice and wrote a complaint that i was stealing time . for making a emergency phone call.while other employees can come in and dont report to there dept an hour later or employee leaves his dept an hour or two early almost everyday.
