I purchased 15 bags (1.5 cu ft each) of lawnsoil at Home Depot Lawrenceville, GA. The checkout lady announced that customer was on his way to pick up 15 bags of lawnsoil. I drove to the back but no one was there. I parked the van and walked through the door. I saw an employee and mentioned to him that I was there to pick up 15 bags of lawnsoil. He just said that they were busy. By the way, I was the only person in the back waiting to pickup items. I waited outside 15 minutes before calling twice to Home Depot seeking assistance. I was made to wait outside over 25 minutes before two guys came outside - one of them being the person I spoke with inside. He appeared to be the supervisor. The attitude of this person was rude, and no apology was offered for the long wait time. I was in the store on 4/30/2018 10:15am. So, interested Home Depot managers can figure out who this supervisor was (he had an accent).
