was hired as vault associate 3 years ago absolutely loved it and was good at it also UNTIL this money machine.Was installed in march and believe me I struggled asking my vault co-workers constantly-being told by fulltimer to follow the papers we were given-there are 3 different ones including the one a co-worker had made up for herself,I contacted the 1-800 number daily being hung up on by those people had contacted what they call human resources and got no where until(going to work sick daily not getting vault to balance and getting no answers from anyone even wanting to go to Woodstock where I was told they knew what they were doing to be trained properly) I gave it up-that was 2 weeks ago none of my hours being discussed no one as in manager or human resources sitting me down to discuss anything I have given my notice. I am 56 years of age and wanted to retire from what I thought was a great store and loving the job. When I started we had a manager who was awesome and he was replaced by a female 1-1 1/2 years ago all the managers here are female now but 2 and yes all they do is sit eat donuts and drink coffee and gossip and I just want this brought to your attention that something should really be done in regards to this store. Yes it is called improper training and I feel this should be brought to your attention as yes I am what you call upset and as I also managed retail stores for years the management in this store needs some serious attention. Thank you
