Home Depot is apparently the only hardware store that carries this product and Mohawk told us we had to deal with them. We bought 1,000 sq feet of Pergo XP and installed it 10 months ago. It's already pulling up along edges and sides. In fact, my husband had to replace several boards just 3-4 months after installing. The box proclaims "double the wear, double the durability. The signage in Home Depot said "no need to buy extra padding - this product already includes it. We found out when we started to install that the foam was very thin, much thinner than the padding we bought ourselves for the previous pergo, which was fine for about 15 years. So apparently they skimped on this product. We complained. They sent a inspector out. Surprise Surprise. The floor isn't level and that's the problem. Gee, didn't seem to be a problem with the previous Pergo. I might add we bought Pergo twice after deciding to do one more room. No problem there either. This product is junk. The warranty implies it's a 5 year warranty until you go to read it. This is a case of false advertising and poor quality product. They won't pay for anything, so I'm looking for other people who've been gypped to see if they are intersted in exploring a class action suit. Simply livid that Mohawk, Pergo and Home Depot don't care. They need to understand that honoring what they say is a lot easier than getting rid of a livid customer
