Keith Byrd did the SAME thing to me! I'm a student who was moving off campus with nothing, I thought this was a great deal. I paid him 500$ up front and now he had disappeared with my money. I have a number that is not disconnected that I gave to the Police. I filed a claim against him and now have no way of finding a valid address for ten to deliver the papers to, the Police said that they believe he does stay in Raleigh, and that address on hickory grove church rd is a house, I might use it. please contact me with information at [email protected]. When I filed the claim the clerk she said that a couple had filed the same day but he had cheated them out of $3000!! this guy is running a scam!

Hey guys this company scammed me for a lot of money and i plan on tracking down these people. Here's what i know. The company is now out of business. What's odd is they haven't filed for bankruptcy. The AG in North Carolina has 10 complaints regarding the company not returning money to customers after they went under. The owners supposed names are Keith and Elizabeth Byrd. Their company phones are either disconnected or have a voice mail saying they are going out of business. I found their tax records online and they either own this property or have owned it. 11316 Hickory Grove Church Road, Raleigh. This company had required people to write checks to circumvent credit card fraud protection. They were mainly a middle man operation that takes clients from craigslist and sells them Atlantic Bedding and Furniture Company deals and claim to have another store in another state. I haven't gotten my money back or a response from this guy or his wife.. No one will pick up the phone or respond to texts.

The business owner repeatedly broke promises on delivery and has in my opinion treated me in an appalling poor way. I actually feel intimidated by this man and fearful to do further business with him. I want a refund of my money, which he refuses.

Curious if anyone has been able to get their money back after store has closed. Who did you contact? One of his phone numbers goes to the voice mail saying the business was closed and the other phone number has been disconnected.
