After seeing all the new complaints I had to add an update. Since putting major pressure on the incompetent individuals myself and family have had to deal with over the past several years I finally spoken with an associate who was actually more upfront than anyone previously. However, since posting my initial complaints to everyone and anyone who would listen a fire has been lit under this extremely poor company who has no clue from one associate, process terms, etc... Now we are receiving mail that should have come out several years earlier, adding charges, removing fees, adding fees, etc... Typical of the business ethics or lack of.. What I am referring to is as I have read on prior complaints is receiving payments on a monthly basis always on time until 2013 when SPS were processing our payments to a different account, it has taken over 2 years, so many harassing phone calls day, night and weekend all times of the day with multiple attempts for someone at SPS would actually do their job and research the issues. To find out last week they had identified their internal issue but failed to notify us as a customer to advise but continue to charge late fees when in fact there should have never been a late fee ever incurred. After asking for a copy of this notification I have yet to receive it however, receiving additional documents with other late fees and taxes that should not apply, so the ongoing nightmare continues but in a different direction. I love watching this company continue to dig themselves in deeper and deeper and welcome the fact they record the calls, almost as good as a body cam..
