Charge on my visa of $111.14US on July 22

I got a charge on my Visa card of $111.14usd (149.50 Can) for hotel on July20th 2019 (no 87884754)while that reservation was cancelled and confirmed by Hilton Garden Inn of Raleigh-Morrisville (RDU) where we stayed on that night.
