VRBO - HOMEAWAY which are both now owned by EXPEDIA have changed their payment options. Now they want to charge me 3% to give me the rental fees when a person books our property. The only other option is to get your $$$ (rental fees) after the renter has completed their vacation. I am OK with getting my money after the service/product has been provided. Because I have not selected to pay EXPEDIA, et al, their additional 3%, they have threatened to hide my listing. The implication is they are going to block my listing from getting exposure because I will not pay them any additional $$$$. THIS IS BLACKMAIL AND FRAUD!!!!!
