Yesterday i went on the Homechoice app and added bedding to my cart.It asked to checkout and then deducted and aproved R1300 and some change on my account and then it wanted me to check out again but i have already paid.I made several attempts to contact Homechoice but with no success.My money went in their accounts and im not getting my bedding.I feel i have been cheated and dont know how to get my money back from them.I have proof money has been deducted and paid to homechoice but no bedding.Please assist on which legal route to follow

I made an order for bedding on the homechoice app and proceed to checkout and they defucted the amount from my account.After which the were suppose to say payment complete and give date of delivery.In stead it said i need to proceed to payment again as i have abandoned my order.But how can i pay twice for the same order.I tried several times to email and contact them without any success. Im so frustated as i lost an amount of R1300 and some change.

I dont know how to solve this issue.Please assist.The need to pay back my money.
