I live in Missouri and on 3-21-12 I too bought this insurance after filling out a form online to a series of health care providers. My insurance through UnitedHealthcare was increasing to almost $600 a month so I was in the market for a new company. Having a pre-existing condition it is almost impossible to find a company who will take me. This company called me and said there was NO deductibles, and my rate would be $399.00 a month and a $99.00 application fee. I spoke with Bobby Grubbs at 1-855-576-9847 ext 243 and he said he had this insurance and it covered EVERYTHING!! Then he transfered me to Barbie Young who state she was licensed to sell insurance in Missouri. She talked fast, recorded my information, and promised everything would be covered. We set everything up to take effect 4-15-12 but she drained my checking account and overdrafted the account after we hung up. I've contacted them and their rep just promised I should have my money back by Monday (4-2-12) as it will take a week to process my cancellation. We will see.

I won't let this go. I will stalk the Attorney General's office in Missouri if I have to AND the Missouri Insurance Commission. My complaint letters to them are as good as mailed if I don't have my money back by 4-2-12 as promised.

These people need to be in jail. They are common criminals.
