I just replaced disc rotor 1set and brake pad for my car Accord 2.0 last few months ago again got friction sound when press brake.

2 months ago , I bought Honda Accord from Ban Hoe Seng ( Ipoh). There were many faulty in the car. I sent the car for the first service and complaint the issue ( around 7 problems). Even the service manager admitted there were faulty. Out of that 3 problems not solved yet. I m trying to contact the service centre for few days. Its ringing, but no one answering. I complaint to Honda Customer Service, but no reply from the customer service manager( Ms Awin). She was very sarcastic in our last conversation.
I have lost trust on Honda car that I'm driving. One by one new problem arises. Very very bad customer service. Extremely bad quality control.

I'm very angry with this matter. Certainly I will do what ever necessary to prevent people becoming victim. I just need assistance to solve my problem. Already 1 month , no effort taken by Honda to assist me.

Next if there is no feedback from Honda, my plan is to gather those customer who got the same problem( we managed to open a facebook group since there are many ) and find the correct authority to take action on this matter.
Honda used to be fantastic previously, but now it is worse than any company( customer service and quality control).
