Bought a honda city 2019 december and mileage only 12k. Malaysia started the MCO, meaning that tourists or citizen at other country is unable to come back, i email the customer the service and said that I’m unable to come back to service on time due to this pandemic which no ones want this to happen. The reply from the customer service is just copy the faq from the honda malaysia website. This is so unreasonable, can I return the car and give me back full cash since the border is not opening and I’m unable to use the car?
