i purchased my honda civic 1.5 tc-p in april 2017 from tian siang ipoh. Since that my car has had numerous problems.multiple visits to the service centre made n each time new problems keep occuring. within a month of purchase i had problems with the dashboard.weird noises were heard n when i checked with the service centre they told me everything is fine.after sometime they told me it has been rectified.i even had an experience where my entire system was jammed n i could not drive further til i had to turn off my car engine in the midst of a heavy traffic in kl and restart the car. then my radio panel started giving problem. continuous beep noises appeared while i was driving.i even had an experience of my system saying "please fasten passenger seatbelt" when i was driving all alone and my passenger seat was totally empty.after that i had to leave my car a few days at the service centre to be checked and i was informed theres a need of a new spare part.so i had to leave n return after 3 weeks for the spare part to be replaced. and today i encountered a new problem where my side mirrors n passenger windscreen did not open despite trying so long.being a doctor i am very dependant on my car for my oncalls etc where patients' life is at stake and i cant afford to let problems with the car ruin my daily routine and job. i think i have had enough problems with the car since purchase and i need an immediate solution for this.i am extremely disappointed with honda for the quality of the product delivered. we purchase from honda due to trust in their product but upon seeing the amount of problems encountered its a shame to say honda is excellent when it comes to products. i want a solution for this never ending problems before i decide to proceed with further complaints involving media.
