i m upset about the staff in kelantan.

i bought crv 2018...this year, i noted the 2 exhaust were missing.i called ban chu bee snd bhd in kelantan, to ask about the new exhaust and the price..

but unfortunately, the one that answered my call didnt believe and laughing at me...she said, normally nobody stole crv exhaust...

i m upset because i need help...

i called honda in kelantan, to ask how to put the new one and how much...but the receptionist didnt believe that the exhaust were missing...she said, usually nobody stole the exhaust...she didnt believe me..

i m upset because she didnt talk nicely to me and didnt help me.

please give me explaination regarding this issue..

I got my new CRV on Dec 2018. Plate number VCJ 3302. On 2nd of July 2019, I need to tow my car to Honda workshop as the car cannot start, and at the end encountered the problem is due to defect of fuel pump.

Yes, a 6-month new car and the fuel pump was broken down!

After another 6 month, I experienced the same problem today (6th Dec 2019) - my car now cannot start!

It is a deja vu - I suspect is due to the malfunction of fuel pump again (as the battery is OK). I need to tow my car to Honda workshop again.
