On the 10th of April 2021, I went to Seremban 2 Honda service centre for my 3rd service (20km) (Honda HRV VDT 8287).

Unfortunately, They (Servicing Team) and the service Manager refused to proceed with my car servicing as I refused to agree with their own protocols which is to sanitize the car with a cost of rm9 which to be paid by the customer. I did check in Honda website and nothing was stated that all the Honda cars must sanitize before proceeding with service.

When I approached the Service Manager Mr Ramu Subramaniam to discuss about this matter, He was so unprofessional and very rude to me when I asked him to show the black and white from Honda Malaysia. I believe this is their side income by cheating the customers.

Their action would definitely create a bad impression towards Honda Malaysia Overall. As Honda User I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from seremban2 honda service Centre and bad attitude of the Service Manager Mr Ramu Subramaniam.


I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by the 17th of April, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
