BAD CONDITION (CAR)

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I would like to make a complain with the services of your company.
For your information, I bought a Honda Jazz in Oktober 2017. On 12/06/2018 while I was returning home after work, the car started to jerk a few times and I slowly drove to the roadside and it suddenly stopped. When I started the car it jerked again and stopped. I called the tow truck and sent the car to Honda Service Centre in Sungai Long, Kajang around 7.30 pm.

The next day, early morning I went there and explained to them what has happened. They told me that they have to examine and let me know what is the problem. Around 3.00 pm, they called and told me that there is a problem with the ACU and have to order it and only will arrive the next day. On 13/06/2018, they called and informed me that even after changing the ACU the same problem is recurring and only after Hari Raya they will clarify the problem. I requested them to provide me a courtesy car as I am working in Putrajaya and the distance from my house to Putrajaya is around 22 kilometres. They declined my request saying that they do not have any courtesy car.

Due to this problem, I have to travel by Grab which cost me RM24.00 for 1 way and I have to spend RM48.00 to and fro. As you can see, I bought this car not for fun ride. For how long should I travel by Grab? We also have planned to go outstation for the Raya holidays and due to this, we have to cancel everything. I used to send my son to school too and how am I going to send him when school starts next Monday (25/06/2018). I desperately need a car for my daily chores.

It has been only 8 months since I bought this car and it is giving us a lot of problem. I am really disappointed and have lost my trust in Honda. Please replace the car as I do not want to face any more problems.

Kindly take the necessary actions to avoid any further complications for me.
Until today (21/06/2018), I need a prompt action and update on this matter.

I will take further action if I do not receive any explanations and respons from you.
