I recently bought a car from Honda johor branch.On 24aug Saturday I had a accident on my way to hometown around seremban area where my car bumper broke and came out.The accident occur due a foreign object left in the middle of the road . I only manage to submit my car on Monday 26augt. I was told by the agent that my car will be realese 1month later. On 29sep I was given a call to pick up my car and told that it has pass the quality check. Before receiving the key I double confirm if all was OK and settle. The agent Ms Shery told me my car was good to go. As I drove out and away from the accident claim department my car begin to prompt system break down and faulty. I immidiatly when back to the service center and was told to wait for a agent to attend me. I waited almost 2hours leaving behind my work to settle my car. Than a agent came approaching telling me to go to a Honda service center to reset my system by my self. The manager was also not being helpful. I have not purchase a cheap car with Honda and I don't think its fair to treat any Honda customer this way. Now I have to wait untill 17oct for the specialist to attend my car. Plus festive season is nearing.
