Dear Sir / Madam ,

I would like to complaint against honda Pontian(unite automobil) that havent release my new car Honda Civic FE rs (pearl white). My car loan already pass under Maybank on 22/4/22 and until now l didnt get my order .Its already 3 month until now no news from Honda Pontian . Salesmen promise me that can get my car in 1 month period after my loan pass. When contact salesmen he saying that HQ havent release my car. Until when i need to wait I am very dissapointed with Honda services giving such a fake hope to customer. I need a immediatly respond frm HONDA MALAYSIA or else I will cancel my order and will look for some other better company that can immediatly release a new car without dissapoited .
