I have very terrible experience every time sending my car for service at Honda SAG Semenyih service centre. The issue they never take care of the car send for service. If you on 29Mar2022 , the plastic cover near the mirror have burnt mark like a hot rod place on the plastic cover (pls do refer to 1st and 2nd picture) When I made complain, no action were taken and not even respond to the problem highlight.
On 29May2020, after receive my car from semenyih service centre, I smell like a burnt and melted. When I check outside , nothing is wrong and thought is new brake pad cause the smell. After a week received a call from service centre and as usual asking about the service and status. Reply to them all fine as nothing suspicious is happened. After a month , I’m we’re try to open front Bonet and badly surprises found that the radiator water tank was melted on the engine. During service, no one check the radiator water tank was unscrew and fall on the engine n get melted. Pls do refer to picture # 3. When ask for replace the tank due to careless of Honda, strictly told me that can’t cover as during Honda call after service were mentioned everything was fine.
And now again send car for repairs as brake pump is leaking and engine mountain crack. Already 2 week send the car for repairs but no update was given but the mechanic just mention today parts. No update of call we’re Made call . Every single day I need to call Honda n get update by myself. No one call me on the car status.
Bottom line , don’t ever ever send any of your Honda car repair or service at Honda SAG semenyih. Totally lousy service provided.
