Dear Honda Malaysia

I had complaint regarding about my headlamp Rh side faded and peeling off and there is improper justification given by honda malaysia and the quality of product is very bad.

My head is orginal bulb fitted and there is no modification did on my headlamp Rh.

The reputation of Honda has deteriorated so badly that even warranty claims can be easily voided by lame excuses. It is very frustrating to learn that Honda brand quality being low with 100k and above price, I am given this kind of unfair and ridiculous reply. Honda is basically saying that loyalty to them does not pay.
My sincere advice to all car buyers is to buy other brands of car and avoid Honda whose famous quality and service are already gone!

The vehicle has loud wind noise past 4 years I just keep quite with put music sound high ...now the headlamp claim rejected. IMPROPER JUSTIFICATION GIVEN BY HONDA MALAYSIA !!!!!!!!!

I want Honda malaysia come and inspect my car before reject my claim.
